You will partner closely with statutory position holders, monitor contractor performance, and actively contribute as a member of the Emergency Response Team with first aid capability. About You

• Owning and improving Medallion’s geological database and governance systems
• Developing practical workflows that support data capture, validation, and reporting across exploration and operations
• Delivering reporting and business intelligence solutions using SQL Servers and Power BI to support informed decision-making.

To be successful in this role, you'll be an experienced Database Geologist or Geological Database Administrator with a relevant geology qualification and a track record of owning and developing geological data systems within mining environments. This is a hands-on role requiring the confidence to drive database improvements, support technical stakeholders and deliver practical reporting solutions. The position is based in Medallion's West Perth office.
