John Fitzgerald
Non-Executive Chair
Mr Fitzgerald has over 30 years’ resource financing experience and has provided project finance and corporate advisory services to a large number of companies in the resource sector. He has previously held senior positions at NM Rothschild & Sons, Investec Bank Australia, Commonwealth Bank, HSBC Precious Metals and Optimum Capital.
Mr Fitzgerald is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr Fitzgerald is a Non-Executive Director of Northern Star Limited and the Non-Executive Director of Turaco Gold Limited. He was previously Chairman of Carbine Resources Limited, Integra Mining Limited and Atherton Resources Limited.
Paul Bennett
Managing Director
Mr Bennett is a Mining Engineer with an MBA who has extensive experience in the operation, development and financing of resource companies and projects over a 25-year period. He has worked in technical, management and business development roles for Newcrest, Western Metals and Panoramic Resources and holds a WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate.
For nine years Mr Bennett was a senior executive at RMB Resources, the resources investment banking business of Rand Merchant Bank where he specialised in the provision of equity, quasi-equity/mezzanine and debt financing for small to mid-sized resource companies across a range of commodities and jurisdictions. Mr Bennett is a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed NickelSearch Limited and was a Non-Executive Director of Horizon Gold Ltd (ASX: HRN) between August 2016 and July 2020.
David Kelly
Non-Executive Director
Mr Kelly is a geologist with 35 years’ experience in exploration, operations management, mine planning, project evaluation, business development and project finance. He has held senior leadership positions with Resolute Mining, including Executive General Manager – Strategy and Planning and Chief Operating Officer, following earlier roles with Consolidated Minerals and WMC Resources. David also brings significant capital markets and advisory experience through his time as a Director of Optimum Capital and earlier roles with NM Rothschild and Investec Australia. He has served on the boards of several ASX-listed exploration and mining companies, including Predictive Discovery, Renaissance Minerals and Turaco Gold, and currently serves as Chair of Lefroy Exploration Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Westgold Limited.
Siobhan Pelliccia
Non-Executive Director
Ms Pelliccia is an experienced environmental practitioner and mining advisor with over two decades of experience across the Australian and international resources sector. She brings deep expertise in independent environmental and social due diligence, environmental approvals, permitting and closure planning, with a strong track record guiding mining projects through Western Australian and federal regulatory frameworks.

Richard Hill
Chief Financial Officer
Mr Hill has over 26 years’ finance and commercial experience in the Australian mining industry. He has held senior executive finance roles across a number of ASX-listed resource companies, including Normandy Mining/Newmont Mining Corporation, Adamus Resources Limited, Millennium Minerals Limited, Echo Resources Limited and Calidus Resources Limited.
Mr Hill holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and has completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance. He has extensive experience in feasibility studies, project financing and the development of greenfield mining projects through to successful operations. Throughout his career, he has played a leading role in financing and constructing three greenfield gold mines across multiple jurisdictions.
Anthony (Tony) James
Chief Operating Officer
Mr James has over 30 years’ mine operating and project development experience predominantly in Western Australia and experience at Managing Director level of four ASX listed companies (Galena Mining Ltd, Atherton Resources Ltd, Mutiny Gold Ltd and Carbine Resources Ltd).
He has a background in feasibility studies leading into successful project development and operating results (including the Pillara Zinc/Lead project, Trident/Higginsville Gold project and Kanowna Belle Gold mine). Mr James is currently Managing Director of Galena Mining Ltd and a non-executive director of ASX resource company Apollo Consolidated Ltd.
Stephen Moloney
GM Corporate Development
Mr Moloney has more than 30 years’ experience in equity capital markets and corporate strategy, with a strong background in transactions, investor engagement and stakeholder relations. He spent a significant part of his career at Macquarie, where he held a number of senior roles including Division Director State Manager, Banking and Financial Services and Head of Macquarie Private Wealth, Director of Macquarie Private Portfolio Management and Associate Director Senior Investment Advisor with Macquarie Private Wealth.
He was appointed Corporate Development Manager of Medallion Metals Limited in 2025, where his expertise supports the advancement of the Company’s growth opportunities and strengthens its corporate development and capital markets capability as Medallion advances its flagship projects.
Ian Gregory
GM Geology
Mr Gregory has over 25 years’ exploration and resource development experience across Australia, with a strong track record in mineral discovery and project growth. He has held senior leadership roles with IGO Limited, Western Areas, Antipa Minerals and Norilsk Nickel, leading exploration programs, managing joint ventures and developing high-performing technical teams.
Mr Gregory’s most significant role was as Exploration Manager for Antipa Minerals’ Paterson Project portfolio, where he led the discovery of the Calibre Copper-Gold Deposit and managed the Rio Tinto Joint Venture on the Citadel Project. He specialises in exploration strategy, target generation, 3D structural modelling and resource development.
Mr Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Geology from Curtin University and is a recognised Competent Person and Professional Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG) since 2005.
