The Company’s governance framework has been established to reflect Medallion’s stage of development and strategic objectives, providing appropriate oversight across governance, environmental, social and operational matters. In developing its governance framework, the Board has had regard to the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations (4th Edition), adopting the recommendations where appropriate to the Company’s size and nature.
The Board regularly reviews the Company’s governance policies and practices to ensure they remain effective and continue to support Medallion’s growth and evolving business.
